I am a difficult person to deal with when I go to a dealership, but Angela made my experience at Ray Brandt Toyota a very pleasant one. She is very competent and acts in a professional manner. Her word is her bond. She knew what I wanted and delivered the price I wanted to pay. I told her I would not negotiate. I wanted a certain price and told her if she could not meet the price, i was leaving. She worked with her boss and delivered the car that I wanted at a price I could accept. My wife was with me when we met with Angela and she also was impressed by her. My wife liked the demeanor of Angela and felt she was like a friend to her. Garity Wolfe was also a breath of fresh air explaining the warranties and services offered by the dealership. She is an asset to the dealership. Thanks to both of your employees. Slow and lacking communication I stood in service department for several minutes before anyone actually acknowledged me. I walked up to cashier thinking maybe I need to check in there first. Tech forgot to reset service light and it set off a warning for service. I don’t have time to go back there so I figured out how to do myself. Previous visit to replace broken window was a disaster. Tech didn’t properly connect door handle couldn’t open door from inside. They were supposed to replace tail light lenses and that wasn’t done. Had to return for that to be done. Come on folks I hope this car stands up to Toyota reputation and we are just on a rough start. This is my first foreign car please don’t let me down. All minor mistakes by service department would be nice if I could just drop off car in morning then Uber to work. I start at 6:30 am. Don’t always have time to stop in the middle of my day for service. More
