It was a real pleasure working with Ann. Its great when you get along with someone so well on such an important purchase. I called her many times with questions and she always got back to us. Ann was always there for us until the transactions were done and we were comfortable with operating our new car. We love our new Outback its the most luxurious car we've ever owned, Ann was right. We had a great experience recently purchasing our new Outback limited edition. We specifically asked to have a sales person that was vaccinated and luckily were assigned Ann Italia. We decided to take the car even though it had some features we didn’t need...but all around are glad we did. More
