Already recommending Harry Jones to family and friends! I love my new Acura TLX! Great leasing experience started with Ann Morongell and closed with Harry Jones. Harry was extremely professional and knowled I love my new Acura TLX! Great leasing experience started with Ann Morongell and closed with Harry Jones. Harry was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle. No haggling over the price like at some dealerships. Harry even picked me up from the dealership where I dropped off my previously leased vehicle which was very nice and convenient for me! The actual paperwork process went quickly and Harry then spent a great deal of time in the vehicle with me going over all of its many features. Harry even programmed in his cell phone number in case I had any questions, but he still called me the following day to check in and see how I was doing with the vehicle. I have already recommended Harry and DCH Acura to family and friends! More

2020 RDS purchase at Montclair Acura Decided to purchase an Acura RDX through the Costco Car Purchase Plan and was directed to contact Montclair Acura for a no haggle price. Was instantly Decided to purchase an Acura RDX through the Costco Car Purchase Plan and was directed to contact Montclair Acura for a no haggle price. Was instantly called by a representative who gave me a price right over the phone. Price was about $3500 below MSRP. Drove up the next day and was introduced to sales rep Lori Moore. She couldn't have been a more friendly and professional person to deal with. She answered all our questions, showed all the color combinations on the cars in stock along with the option packages. She made us feel very comfortable purchasing a car at Montclair Acura. We planned to pay cash but was suggested we finance for a short period and qualified for another $1500 savings. Can't say enough good things about Lori and Montclair Acura. More

Amazing Customer service I had a really great experience here, starting with the front desk Barbara, she's a very lovely lady, humble and funny. Ann really took care of me and I had a really great experience here, starting with the front desk Barbara, she's a very lovely lady, humble and funny. Ann really took care of me and made sure I was getting what I wanted, also leaving the dealer happy. Ann introduced me to Hamad and Fred, she explained my situation, what I was looking for etc..... They all really went above and beyond to get me what I wanted and worked with my numbers. Fred got me what I wanted, also explained to me how the car works etc... I still bother him if I have any questions or anything. Hamad spent hours with me explaining everything to me, answerint all my questions and I still reach out to him and he answers me and helps me out with whatever I need. Hamad really went above and beyond. Of course as well as Anthony he made sure everything worked out with me also worked out my numbers. I really appreciate everything you guys did. Love ya's More
