I came to the dealership 3 weeks ago looking for a silverado, but they didn’t have it in stock. Anna called me a week after saying they got what I wanted. I came in and it was the truck!!. Anna was very knowledgeable and helpful! I came in at 9:30 am and I was out by 11:30 am. What helped is I was aloud to do the loan application 2 days before I came in to look at my Trax.
