Our sales person, Anne Lakis is knowledgeable, personable and responsive to all our questions in a very prompt manner. We checked out other local Chevy dealers in the area each time and Bob Johnson always gave us the best price. The showroom is comfortable and clean. I would send any of my friends an family to deal with Anne. Corey Sherwood took a great deal of time with us to make sure we understood all of the features and functions of the Trax we leased. Great experience Anne Lakis is the best and was very helpful. The finance manager that came up to me was extremely rude and basically told me he doesn’t care if I buy Anne Lakis is the best and was very helpful. The finance manager that came up to me was extremely rude and basically told me he doesn’t care if I buy a car there or not I wasn’t getting the price I was promised by another salesperson there. He made me feel very uncomfortable and was very aggressive. He was basically about to kick me out until I agreed to a different deal that wasn’t the same as negotiated before. I have told everyone I know about it and will continue to tell everyone I come in contact about him until he is replaced , that was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had More
