Worst experience ever as a Ford Die hard purchased a 2016 f150 love the truck hate the experience. Truck was supposed to be blue oval certified found on test drive 4 wheel drive not working dry rotted tires causing tire vibration.they replaced the tires with cheep japan tires still vibration they blamed it on road noise .there is a fog light in bumper they said it’s aftermarket so not repairable after I paid n picked up vehicle. Paid for inspection not done paid for vets plates would hav had to wait took with regular never refunded said ford pass would get 1100 points never happened said would mail touch up paint never happened you sign a we owe you nothing agreement so you have no case waited 3 days for paperwork of course timed out cancel deal how convenient worse experience ever More

I emailed looking for a price on a superduty for my company. I was given a price of $58993 + taxes and fees. So I clarified, I can come in and bring a check for $58993 + taxes and fees and was informe company. I was given a price of $58993 + taxes and fees. I asked why and was lied to about a $2000 Fincnace with Ford rebate that the dealer I ended up buying it from told me was not truthful, there was no rebates associated with Financing at this time. I would stay away from this company, False advertising and the $685 doc fee is ridiculous! More

Brought my truck in for service for an oil change ,engine shut down while driving, engine noise while driving and radio cuts out. They couldn’t replicate the issue with the engine or the radio but they were shut down while driving, engine noise while driving and radio cuts out. They couldn’t replicate the issue with the engine or the radio but they were able to diagnose the radio as having a faulty APIM at the cost of $1500 to replace but could not explain how they determined the Apim was bad other than it failed a pin point test. If they couldn’t repeat the condition how did it fail the pin point test The engine diagnose fee was covered under warranty I agreed to pay the diagnostic fee for the radio of $220 but expected a good explanation on how the determined I needed a $1500 repair I felt I got charged $220 for a You Tube mechanic diagnose instead of a Ford Service Proper diagnose I bought 2 new fords from the previous ownership of this dealership in 2014 and 2018 we are considering purchasing a new explorer but. Not sure we feel We can trust this dealership new ownership More
