Great place to buy a car!! I called the dealership and spoke with Oliver, the internet sales manager, and set up an appointment to travel 150 miles from the capital region of New York one day the following week. Thought about it and decided not to take a chance that the car would be sold in the meantime so I called the dealership back the next day and spoke with sales rep Joe Guzzo. I rebooked the appointment for that same afternoon, arrived at the dealership, and met with Mr. Guzzo who could not have been nicer, more knowledgeable, and more interested in selling me the car. It was up front waiting for me to go for a ride, cleaned and filled with gas. Took it out, came back to the dealership, and sat down to negotiate a purchase price and conditions with Mr. Guzzo. I felt like he was on my side the whole time, and after some long and protracted negotiations between me and the sales manager, we were able to come to terms. I picked up the car last weekend and so far it is everything I expected. Joe and I have had several discussions since, and even though he is currently on vacation and out of the area, he has made himself available to me. I also spent about an hour during the delivery process with sales rep and Corvette specialist Gene Ponti, who walked me through every system in the car. Both Joe and Gene made the whole experience with Quality Chevrolet absolutely flawless, and yes, if I have the opportunity to recommend others to them, I will not hesitate. More

From the moment I walked into this dealership, which was my third dealership of the day, I was impressed. Everyone from the receptionist on was more than courteous. Joe Guzzo was my salesman and a very patient and informative man at that. Glen helped with any and all finance questions I had and was happy to do so, i kept going back and forth on whether to buy or lease and what I needed my payment to be, he too was very knowledgeable and happy to assist. Anthony was incredible to once it was time to finalize everything. My experience at Qualtity Chevrolet was one of the most pleasant and positive experience that I have ever had when shopping for a new car. I should add that prior to walking into Quality Chevrolet I walked out of another Chevrolet dealership where it was clear that the salesperson did not want to be bothered. I am grateful that I did not let that dealership turn me off from shopping Chevrolet and I came upon Quality Chevolet. I love my new car. I have been there twice since and the environment was just as friendly and pleasant. More

They are the best!!!! Came in looking for a vehicle but didnt have high hopes because my credit wasnt the best. My sales man John kept me positive and didnt treat me any different knowing that I had bad credit. I explained to him that i needed a 3rd row and AWD. He showed me a couple vehicles and one that caught my eye was the Chevy Traverse. He went through all the options and explained the certified warranty to me. Still in my mind I didnt think I would be able to get approved. We go inside and John introduced me to Anthony the finance manager as well as Rocco and Frank who are at the front desk. They all told me to stay positive and let us do everything we can to make it happen. WELL GUESS WHAT THEY DID!!!! I got approved and the entire process was sweet and simple.
