Not gonna hold back. People need to know the games this dealership plays. And to be honest they are xxxxxxxx. The general manager did what he had to but that won't stop People need to know the games this dealership plays. And to be honest they are xxxxxxxx. The general manager did what he had to but that won't stop me from letting people know what's going on. These people sold me a lemon and I was in servixe 9x in 5weeks. And they refused to take the car back. I had to contact a lawyer. Post negative reviews in order to get what I needed which was out the car. The car is now for sale 3.000 less than before and the issue is still there. Nelson Munoz General sales manager Anthony Namias Sales manager John Rogo Used car manager All names above are the xxxx bags and poison in this dealership. Not only did they not respect the lemon law but they also broke the breach of contract. All names above kept sending me to service when the paper states if vehicle is in for same repair 3x and not fixed they suppose to take it back. John Rogo is def a piece of xxxx that think he can talk to you how ever he wants. And Nelson also don't know how he is a manager when he is a xxxxxxxx. You people are being warned stay away from this dealership. The 2021 ford mustang that I returned due to being a lemon is back on the lot for sale with the same issue. Don't fall victim to these guys and if you do make sure you don't stop until you get what's right. Only honest people here is the General manager, Ronald Romero☆☆☆☆☆ Rafael Tejada ☆☆☆☆☆ I also never gave permission for anyone to post my picture on this site. Below is the picture of the 2021 mustang I returned. Stay away from this dealership unless your dealing with Rafael Tejada or Ronald Romero or the General manager. They also added 10.000 on top of the price of the car. More

I would not recommend this place to be first on your list of places to go. I came in to buy a car and, due to the shortage, had to end up buying a used car (had an urgency due to my car getting totaled by fl of places to go. Ahmed, the rep that helped me, was nice and honestly at first was very welcoming, but in the end seemed to care more about finishing the sale than ensuring I left with a positive experience. During my experience day of and after the sale, the people I worked with kept disappointing me and did not make me feel like I could trust them. While checking out the car, I pointed out a problem with the driver’s seat and he promised that “we’ll take care of that”, but after the sale I watched him go back and forth with another member from service about how there wasn’t anything they could do. While negotiating, at one point they held my card hostage (a mistake I made even giving them that after trusting Ahmed that he would meet me at my negotiated price) and once I agreed to another price, within ten seconds the “manager” that had my card charged it. After that, I must’ve waited at least an hour to complete the paperwork with the finance manager, who at the end didn’t even give me the complete copies of what I signed like you normally get at other dealers. Ahmed told me he'd help me get those copies but after a couple of days he had me call the office directly and request them myself. It also seemed to me that they don’t care about the condition of the used car they sell. I don’t think I got the best price, but given the current market, I would’ve been OK with what I paid if the car didn’t start presenting problems. Within a week, engine light came on. Brakes started squealing, which another Ford service technician told me that someone forgot to put a bracket in the brake assembly in its previous service. Some fasteners were missing from the body. I thought the interior was worn, but turns out they couldn’t even properly detail the car before putting it for sale. I texted Ahmed about the engine light issue the first week and he said he would talk to the service manager for an appointment and get back to me the next business day — he never followed up. I know that the better thing to do would be to work with the original dealer, but given the experience, I don’t think they are interested in giving me genuine help and I’d rather use the existing warranty somewhere else than get more headaches and disappointment from them.
