Fred Williams is the gold standard of what car buying should be. He is straightforward, genuine, and listens to understand. I purchased a used vehicle at Longo Toyota. I always dread having to deal with sales people, but my experience was hassle-free. They didn't try to talk me into extras, etc. In and out of there in under dread having to deal with sales people, but my experience was hassle-free. They didn't try to talk me into extras, etc. In and out of there in under 3 hours on a Saturday. I had to wait about 45-minutes to meet with the Finance Department as they were under-staffed at the time, but other than that, excellent customer service and the best dealership I've dealt with in my 35 years of car buying! I definitely recommend Longo! More

Our experience at Longo was so pleasant and seamless (unlike the ones we've had at other dealerships) thanks to Tony! He was extremely helpful, patient and really wanted us to love the car we decided on (unlike the ones we've had at other dealerships) thanks to Tony! Antonio was very helpful in my search and purchase of a truck. He began by asking what I needed the truck and what I was searching for.
