Good experience under the conditions. I ordered my 2020 Compass on Jan. 31st. The dealer did a good job of keeping me in the loop re. build status. And then the COVID-19 pandemic hit! M I ordered my 2020 Compass on Jan. 31st. The dealer did a good job of keeping me in the loop re. build status. And then the COVID-19 pandemic hit! My Compass made it from Mexico build plant to a Detroit marshalling yard before everything shut down; delivery date unknown. I was surprised to get a phone call Wednesday April 15th saying my Compass was at the dealer being prepped for delivery. Many phone calls and a few E-mails later, Thursday afternoon April 16th Bill from Dick Scott CDJR delivered my new Compass (with appropriate PPE), helped me signed a stack of paperwork and drove away my trade-in 2012 134k mile FIAT 500 Sport. And now with Michigan's shelter-in-place policy I have nowhere to drive my brand-new car!! Overall, I think Dick Scott CDJR did a great job of handling this once-in-a-lifetime situation with as much grace as possible. Especially with only a skeleton crew in-house. A few loose ends are being tidied up, but overall they done good!! More
