My first and the only one reasons for be extremely satisfied with service is advisor James Swanson. We had a chance to be under his care last two visits and we are very happy with service and how he i satisfied with service is advisor James Swanson. We had a chance to be under his care last two visits and we are very happy with service and how he is representing the Nissan Maus company to the customers. He cares about clients car needs, he explained everything with patience and details. He is also very pleasant person and treat's customers with respect and very kind. Many of working there employees could be professional like James. He deserves a good pay increase and promotion for their skills and commitment to offering Nissan Maus services to customers. More

I love my car but I brought it in end of 2023. Keep in mind this was before I even made my first payment on the car. I had issues with the battery. When I came to pick my car up I was very aggress Keep in mind this was before I even made my first payment on the car. I had issues with the battery. When I came to pick my car up I was very aggressively informed my car was severely out of alignment and I needed it aligned asap. I literally hadn’t even had the car a month I think. I prefer to deal with Angela in the service department. She wasn’t the one who was very pushy about services that I knew for a fact I didn’t need. Funny that I’ve had the car in twice now for oil changes and not once has an alignment issue been brought up. May want to inform your service people not to be so xxxxx on women. You never know if the woman has a husband who knows cars and has taught his wife a few things about how to tell if someone is just trying to bully you into believing your car needs work it doesn’t actually need. Other than that I’ve had a good experience with everyone there. More
