Kevin was knowledgeable about the Ascent & he went above and beyond to make sure this deal was smooth! I also really appreciated that we didn’t have to sit in the dealership for hours on end. Kevin was so nice and easy to work with, as were the other people who helped with this deal! The managers, April and Andy, and finance guy, David, were all super nice and helpful as well! We don’t live close by but will always make the drive to Delaware Subaru because of the great service they provide! So happy to be part of the Subaru family 🙂 More

Jon was a joy to meet. I had picked up my new vehicle the day before, but the salesman had spent only 5 minutes familiarizing me with my new car. So, when. I returned the next day, Jon was kind enough to assist me and spent at least a half hour to explain all of the features of my new car so that I would understand them and know how to utilize them. Even though I had previously owned a Subaru, there were many updated features which are new to me and I need to be familiarized about them. Jon took time to make sure that I understood each one and that they would work for me. His style is kind and gentle. He understands the car and he seems to understand people. He wants you to be pleased with your vehicle and for it to work for you, as it should! He is a true asset to the Delaware Subaru Team. More
