Coming here since 2018. Service area customer waiting area not as good as in the past. Serious lack of inventory of new cars. For repeat service customers you should give me Service area customer waiting area not as good as in the past. Serious lack of inventory of new cars. For repeat service customers you should give me the service coupons rather asking if I have coupon. I will have to explore alternate service locations. Honda dealer 2 miles from my house vs. 20 miles for Herb Chambers. I do not feel my loyalty has any value. All the staff is very professional and I believe that quality of work is great. Ii had a terrible experience at the dealer. It seems that have a seat and wait was a response that I got way too frequently. . I purchased a Mercedes from Herb Chambers of Seekonk and only drov It seems that have a seat and wait was a response that I got way too frequently. . I purchased a Mercedes from Herb Chambers of Seekonk and only drove the car a few days. When I brought it back to the dealer for an inspection and vin check it was returned to me with a damaged sunroof. Since it was only a few days after the purchase I was told that the dealer would have it fixed at no cost to me. It has been almost a month now and I still don’t have my car back. This is a month with out the car. I should not have to pay for a car that I did not have, insurance for the month, car payment for the month loss of a month of my extended warranty. Also I was told that I had a 90 day warranty thru the dealer then the extended warranty would start. It seems that the sunroof was actually paid for by the extended warranty and not by Herb Chambers. The service I received was poor and somewhat shameful. I had to make several phone calls to Mercedes of Boston where the car was sent for repair. The work was delayed because they were waiting for approval prior to starting the repair. Herb Chambers SHOULD have approved the repair work on the very first day that my car was sent to Boston Mercedes and it should not have just been sitting there for weeks. I felt like Herb Chambers forgot about me. It was very frustrating to say the least. I feel that Herb Chambers was only concerned with the sale and the customer service afterwards was awful. More
