Easy remote transaction. Disappointed car was missing a cap on the gear arm. It also was delivered with no wiper and needing brake fluid service. I have not heard from Recon even after written complaint. Management deletes emails without reading or it goes undelivered. There was only one key and they said they cant provide another one, that costed $55 Management deletes emails without reading or it goes undelivered. They forced me to pay $995 for paint protection when it was not applied to the car and car had swirl marks all over. I bought a Chevrolet Corvetteā I can't locate lug nut for wheels, i asked them to locate it for me from whoever ecarone had it serviced? This is very disappointing that the car doesn't have it, if it can't be located they would have to break the existing ones on the wheel to install new ones, one of the tires was damaged which is another $600 and if the Lug nut is not located there would be additional charges involved. So far i am very disappointed with the quality of inspection ecarone did to the car, the defective tire should have been replaced before selling it and car should have had the Lug nut in it for the wheels, every car has it. They don't care about customer dissatisfaction after the purchase agreement is signed. Mitra Navarro More
