Ashley Patt is amazing! She called me to tell me there was a recall on my Fusion and sent the mobile service to my house to fix the issue. I want nothing to do with Gary Yeoman Ford. I had a dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman dispute with them about mounting a privacy screen in the back of my car and it took months to have it finally installed and only because my salesman got it done. My experiences with all of the staff including the Customer Advocate were terrible except for my salesman. I have taken my 2020 Escape to another Ford dealer to have it serviced, even though I have to pay for it just so I don't have to deal with their service department. More

Do not go to Gary Owens Ford and buy a vehicle. I bought a vehicle there 2015 F-150 beautiful truck I put less than 3,000 mi on it and the engine blew while it was at Gary Owens getting fixed they will do n a vehicle there 2015 F-150 beautiful truck I put less than 3,000 mi on it and the engine blew while it was at Gary Owens getting fixed they will do nothing about it . they said it wasn't them they want to charge me $10,000 for a motor when they're the ones who blew it up now I have to get a lawyer and sue them so do not buy any vehicles from them they don't pack them up More
