Made a service appointment and told me it was "a simple job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, etc...Got there and was told " there is no way we can have it done." Asked to speak to the woman (I gave her name) who confirmed twice that I would be done in an hour but was conveniently told she was "not in today". Asked to speak to a manager to complain. They took my number and said he would call me. He never did. I called back at the end of the day and asked for his email. Clean place, polte people but they couldn't deliver what they promised. Rescheduled my service at another dealership. Sad. More
