New Crosstrek Purchase Great communication throughout the whole process. It was no haggling and feeling like you are forced into anything. Jeff was great to close the deal since Nealy was in home shelter for her protection. They really followed well with the hygiene during this Covid situation and stayed personable despite needing the social distance. More

No stone left unturned Afiza and Aura made the process of purchasing the Subaru so simple! We had such a unique situation in which my father was coordinating with these two Afiza and Aura made the process of purchasing the Subaru so simple! We had such a unique situation in which my father was coordinating with these two ladies in a different state. They made sure that when I walked in the door, all the paperwork was set in order. All I had to do some dot some i's and cross some t's. I'm looking forward to the new relationship we will develop with this dealership! More

Aura was great. Honored the deal presented via email on a new Ascent. Negotiated the trade in, and honored the military discount after everything was agreed upon. They know how to listen Aura guided us through our recent purchase of a 2020 Forester. We had shopped around quite a bit, but went with Aura and Grand Subaru because she act Aura guided us through our recent purchase of a 2020 Forester. We had shopped around quite a bit, but went with Aura and Grand Subaru because she actually listened and responded to what we wanted. We actually also told her we didn't want further sales attempts of "extras" at time of sale, and she listened. She and her finance department associate, Brandon, made this buy as painless as possible. We had to travel from far South Side Chicago, but it was worth it. More

Lets face it, buying a new car is exciting until it comes time to actually purchase one. That excitement can quickly turn into a stressful, long, and tiring process. Lucky for me, Aura reached out when I mad time to actually purchase one. That excitement can quickly turn into a stressful, long, and tiring process. Lucky for me, Aura reached out when I made my initial inquiry on a new Crosstrek. Believe me, I searched for a while and encountered many sleazy sales employees and dealerships. That wasn’t the case here. Aura was straightforward, helpful, readily available and honest. She constantly kept me in the loop and worked with me to make sure in the end I was happy. Subaru’s sell themselves so for her to take the time/effort without playing the games speaks a lot on her character and the employee Grand Subaru has on their staff. If you’re searching for a car, I can not recommend her enough. More

Love my Subaru AND sales rep Aura Soberanis I have driven a Toyota since 1980 until I fell in love with the Subaru Outback. My experience at Grand Subaru was outstanding. Aura Soberanis was my I have driven a Toyota since 1980 until I fell in love with the Subaru Outback. My experience at Grand Subaru was outstanding. Aura Soberanis was my sales woman and I was overwhelmed at her knowledge of the car and her ability to not push anything on me. Not only is Aura respectful and informative, she was able to gently guide me in the purchase of my 2020 Subaru Outback Onyx. Aura was recommended to me by my best friend and former cps principal who also loved the experience she had when she bought her 2019 Subaru from Aura and Grand Subaru. I am extremely grateful for the experience I had at Grand Subaru and specifically Aura Soberanis. The entire organization is top shelf as exemplified by their program of having their tech expert, Jason Zapfel, contact you to answer any questions while providing a $25 gas card to come out to Grand Subaru to make sure you know how to use all the bells and whistles on the Subaru so you're getting the most you can from your Subaru. More
