Once we had agreed in everything he handed me off to Ava Hamilton to process the sale. Ava had everything ready via electronic signatures and within hours was ready to deliver the car and take away my trade 2 hours away from the dealership. Ava is the person you want when it comes to purchasing a vehicle! She is a woman on a mission when it comes to ANYTHING that needs done throughout the process. There was a wheel lug nut that required a spec vehicle! She is a woman on a mission when it comes to ANYTHING that needs done throughout the process. I had a great buying experience with Ava Hamilton. I contacted her first back in February about a order for a new Palisade Calligraphy. At that time Hyundai of St. Augustine was the only dealership in the greater Jax area to not charge any ridiculous dealer mark ups, they didn't even ask for a down payment. Due to the the backlog and model change and what not they never received my ordered vehicle. But then I was May and I needed a new car before August. So once I was willing to change the color they were able to find me a Calligraphy real quick. Ava stayed on top of everything and since I didn't finance nor did I have a trade in, the pick up process went by real quick. Ava explained the car in detail to me and they even reimbursed me some money, since the final sales amount was a bit lower than my check. She stayed in touch afterwards to see how the cat is doing. Overall the best car buying experience I ever had. A shame I can't use them for service since I'm living too far away. You will not be disappointed dealing with Ava at Hyundai in St. Augustine More

I am a 65 year old widow, and I had never bought a new car by myself. I was scared to death of the car buying experience! All the other experiences I had with my late husband buying cars from dealership car by myself. I was scared to death of the car buying experience! All the other experiences I had with my late husband buying cars from dealerships were horrific! I researched dealerships with friends and neighbors, and 90% of them recommended Hyundai of St. Augustine. I am thrilled that they did! Ava reached out to me and walked me through the process, and I could not have have had a more wonderfully pleasant experience! There was no pressure to buy and, because I had arranged my own financing, there was no pressure to finance through them. They gave me a more than fair trade in value for my old car, and there were buying incentives as well. I was extremely pleased with the "bottom line" price we agreed on; I loved that the price included ALL fees and there were no hidden costs. I, originally, had my mind made up on a new Palisade, but after test driving it, both Ava and I realized it was too large for my needs, and I ended up purchasing THE most beautiful Santa Fe! I love this car! Ava could not have been more supportive, communicative or helpful. Jack, in the Finance Office was SO efficient and all the "business" was completed in about 15 minutes. So smooth! Ava took the time to show me how to operate all the "bells and whistles" in my new car, and has contacted me several times since the purchase. When I had questions, she was quick to take my calls and patiently answer them. I cannot say ENOUGH good things about my experience with Ava and St.Augustine Hyundai! I would STRONGLY recommend them to anyone in the market for a Hyundai. They made me feel secure, safe and successful as a buyer and that was all I was hoping for!
