Great deal avi avitan was an awesome sales man he explained everything great I was very please with all his knowledge, patience, and courtesy to make sure we were happy with my purchase. Form day one I am not happy with their services and products. First I was told the inters per month will cost me around $100. It is more more than $185. The way it was explained to that interest is calculated monthly so but is daily. The rate of interest is crazy too. (Even though I have perfect Credit score.) Dylan told me the Toyota rate is high for that model but still it is too much as compare to Honda or any other bank. When I received the delivery the mudguards and remote starter was not installed. I understand it was a short notice but still dealership has more than two week to order the pars and 18hrs to get it installed. When I was making the appointment I was given more than two weeks of wait because I want to do it Friday. They installed the cheapest possible remote starter. Which the manager was agreed to come down for $500 to $350. But I did not expected that cheap quality. I mentioned two concerns two weeks in advance so those can be checked 1. Some time Remote do not work. (It did not worked when Keth checked it). He just change the battery on the car remote 2. While I was there I pointed out the tire pressure is not correct. Instead of fixing it I was told it doesn’t make a difference. 3. I mentioned my mileage with full charge is between 25 to 30 miles instead of 45miles The answer I got “ go online and fine out of others has the same issue. Or May be there is a group who is addressing this issue “ Next day warning messages came up on the dashboard “Hybrid malfunction contact dealer” I contacted sales person send him a text and on his reply sent the picture of message on Saturday 11:10am now it is Monday 4:35pm but no response yet. Toyota finance is a mess too. I wanted to confirm the payment I made so I can make more payments Not only they reduced work hours but also it take 20 min to 45min of hold time before someone answer the call So far I met only one person at the dealership who was willing to help in a professional way and that is Mr. Patel. It is the start I don’t know how it goes further More

Buyer beware!!! Please read before you even think about purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! I went in looking for a RAV4. Avi, my salesman told me every car on the lot is going for $3,000 over st purchasing a vehicle from this dealership! I went in looking for a RAV4. Avi, my salesman told me every car on the lot is going for $3,000 over sticker if you are local and $5,000 over if you are from out of town...I accepted that considering the COVID/supply chain issue time we are in. I waited 2 weeks for the car to arrive only to find it with dirt on the front and with tape pieces leftover on the hood after a clear coating was supposedly (but unknowingly) added on. I then went to sit with the finance manager, Kevin McCarthy, to finish the deal. After looking over the paperwork, I realized that almost $1,000 worth of "dealer added accessories" had been added on without ever being explicitly disclosed to me. If I had known, I would have never opted for nitrofill in my tires and a clear coat over the car. They refused to remove the charges. BUT don't worry if this happens to your deal too- just walk out and they'll call you the next day and agree to remove those charges. So I went back the next evening and before getting too far into the process I wanted to make sure that I was receiving the special "Toyotathon" 1.9% financing- a special that was being run for my model of car on all trims. Kevin first told me there was no such special being run until I showed him the posting on his own website (https://www.toyota.com/upstateny/deals-incentives/rav4hybrid_apr_372648/). He then told me I did not qualify. I was surprised to hear this because I have great credit; I purchased another vehicle 3 days later and that dealership told me I have excellent credit. I told him I had no problem having a cosigner come immediately so I would receive the rate I was entitled to. In the meantime, I had asked him to show me the decline form showing that I in fact was ineligible. His response to that was, "no buddy, I'm not pulling it up for you." CORRECT ME IF I AM WRONG, BUT I DO BELIEVE IT IS ILLEGAL TO NOT SHOW THE DECLINE FORM IF THE CUSTOMER ASKS. When I asked again for him to either show me the form or to go run it in the first place, he asked me to go back to Avi's desk while we wait...for him to actually run it...who knows. At that point the general sales manager, Daryl Callahan, came over and told me he "simply wasn't interested in doing the deal at 1.9%" and that he was "more than happy to go forward at 6.19% as that would make the deal worth it to them." Long story short, I went down the street to Hudson Valley Volkswagen and now happily drive a Tiguan that was immediately available, less expensive with nicer trim features (not $3,000 over sticker), and had the pleasure of dealing with an honest and trustworthy salesman and finance manager. Eric, Hunter, and Chip at Volkswagen were amazing! ***The team at Volkswagen was also able to tell me that Toyota did in fact run my credit for the special financing, that it was great, and that I did qualify and would qualify for any financing offer...shocker! 🙄 More
