My husband and I had an appointment to check out the Ram 1500. Bear was personable and knowledgeable but never pushy. He showed us everything we asked to see and answered all our questions with patience and 1500. Bear was personable and knowledgeable but never pushy. Mackenzie helped with looking up details of a few options as we were choosing what we wanted, and we wrote up an order for the truck we wanted before we left for the day.
