Brought my 2020 jeep in to have a clicking sound checked in the dash when the jeep is shifting. I also wanted them to fix a noise in the sun roof that we previously fixed by them a year ago. They ignored th in the dash when the jeep is shifting. I also wanted them to fix a noise in the sun roof that we previously fixed by them a year ago. They ignored the videos I had of the clicking noise and said it couldn’t be found. They also charged me for the sunroof noise that was never fixed. I would recommend you find a different Chrysler dealership to take your vehicle. More
