All staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Belal was patient and respectful, and didn’t try to rush us. Everyone was very helpful and very nice. Could not have asked for a better salesman and finance person!! The ones who detailed my truck did a bad job the night we took it home. I know it w Could not have asked for a better salesman and finance person!! The ones who detailed my truck did a bad job the night we took it home. I know it was late so i was forgiving for that one. Our salesman said he would have them redo it when we came back the following week. He apologized for them doing such a bad job. We brought it back the following week for a couple of things, still waiting on those parts, and the detail people tried to clean it again and yet once again they did a bad job. The windows were horrible, the side mirrors you could not even see out of them because they were streaked so bad. The running boards were also bad. They looked as if they had not even touched them. The front rims had so much break dust on them. You could see where they attempted to wipe them but did not clean them at all. You would expect that kind of cleaning from a 5 year old. Sorry to be so brutal but someone needs to be checking behind them to make sure they are doing the job correctly. I hear y’all have an outside company cleaning the vehicles for Murray Ford. I think you need to find someone else. More

I knew the exact vehicle I wanted and as soon as I told them, they got me into the car for a test drive and made sure I was able to go home with my dream car! Normally the car buying process is a headache but they made it as painless as possible and definitely overdelivered in both vehicle quality and customer satisfaction.
