I took my Escape for service maintenance at Honolulu Ford last 7/23/18. The service manager, Kyle Piercy, was superb. excellent, hospitable and explained to me the scope of the completed work. While I was waiting, I met and had a brief chat with Ben Caballo, the magnificent sales man of Honolulu Ford who sold me a Van, Car, and utility truck; and in 2016, Escape.

I contacted Ben Cabalo to inquire about new F150 trucks. I provided a few stock numbers of vehicles on their website. Ben quickly followed-up with availability, details, and cost information. We met two days later to see the vehicles and test drive them. We closed the deal that day. Ben was professional and courteous, and most importantly, he was efficient.
