Darshan greeted us at the door and was very friendly, helpful and up front during the entire process. He explained to us that Bernardi doesn't haggle on the price so we knew from the first minute where we stood. Benjamin was also very friendly although he did try to sell us a $1200 tow package through Uhaul which we were able to find only actually cost $250 before we agreed. (I understand it's a business) Finally mike was also very friendly and helped us secure financing. At first he tried to inform us that we had to use the dealership financing on a used car which we immediately informed him that we would never purchase a vehicle from a dealer who tells us where we can secure a loan. His stance on that issue seemed to change after he ran our credit but was able to get us a better rate than our credit union anyway. Over all I am happy with my experience at Bernardi Toyota and would bring my business here again and recommend to friends and family.

"The leasing experience"

I had leased from Bernardi Toyota before, but this process was even better than it had been previously. From informing me of offers to put me in a new car sooner, to follow ups, and fair. comfortable negotiations. the experience was a pleasant one!
