Our Audi Q7 was in for an oil change. Dropped off at 2:30 for a 3:00 appointment. We finally called around 6:00 to see if our car was finished, and no one answered. That’s a ridiculous amount of time for an oil change. The people were rude. I used to think the service there was great, but have been very disappointed the last few times. More

I appreciate the service consultants. They do a great job. this is not the right time to ask me about the dealership's service department. Yesterday my wife had to pay for a part prior They do a great job. this is not the right time to ask me about the dealership's service department. Yesterday my wife had to pay for a part prior to the service. This is unheard of. I've been driving for 43 years and NEVER have I been asked to pay for a part for the dealership. Secondly and again no fault of the folks behind the counter, I've been without my vehicle since March 31st. Probably not even the dealership's fault however the dealership is my point of contact. More

I came in to have my tires rotated. My appointment was at 5:30. I appreciate the late appointment times since I work. However the service took longer than it should. Service scheduled was estimated to take “a couple of hours”. It took over 5 hours. After dropping off car & being gone for 3 hours, I was told upon return to the dealership that it would take 3 more hou hours”. It took over 5 hours.
