Your vehicle's head gasket failed and was out of warranty by 19,000 miles. Although an extended warranty could have covered the service, we feel that Honda would have offered assistance if they were contacted prior to the purchase of your new vehicles. We were not aware of any potential manufacturer errors at the time of sale or during any service visits. This is a rare occurrence for the Honda brand and we sympathize with the inconveniences you had to endure as a result.
