The Best Service I have ever had Manly has always done an excellent + job for me. Bill has always listened to my problems and come up with a cost effective solution. He never tries to oversell me on things that I didn't need. He makes sure my Honda is properly fixed and my problem has been solved. I used to believe that going to the dealer for service was over priced and unnecessary but Bill and the other service advisers have always been great to deal with. I have been going to Manly for at least 10 years and have always received outstanding service. Thank you, Bill and all of the other service advisers that have helped me. P. S. I come from Lake County so it is a 75 mile trip but well worth it. More

Staff completely courteous and attentive.Bill Robertson especially went above and beyond with helpful information about the car and even took time to polish off some housepaint from the bumper.Sean, in sales provided information about purchasing a new car without pressure and patiently answered questions that occurred to me during the 2 hours I was there.The rest of the staff friendly and attentive and available.I am completely appreciative and impressed! Warranty service thorough and complete I brought my Honda to Manly because tire pressure indicator was lighting every 2 months or so on new tires. First visit: inspected (no leak found), ad I brought my Honda to Manly because tire pressure indicator was lighting every 2 months or so on new tires. First visit: inspected (no leak found), adjusted pressures, established baseline. Second visit: determined 1 tire had an issue, tested in water and found problem after 20 minutes, ordered part. Third visit: installed part. CSR contacted dealer where purchased 2x during this process and worked the warranties. Great teamwork between CSR and Tech! Comfy waiting area, ride service to nearby retail area, they vacuumed the car - very positive experience despite the 3 visits required to get the job done. Compliments on the great service. More
