This dealer does not care about their customers time and would gladly waste it. I Could not book an appt for earlier than 7 weeks in advance. Then when I arrived, they said they needed my vehicle for 5 da would gladly waste it. I Could not book an appt for earlier than 7 weeks in advance. Then when I arrived, they said they needed my vehicle for 5 days for diagnostics testing, and could not provide a loaner. This for warranty work I specified in my appt request based upon a notice they sent to me. They just gave me lip service and would not help out at all. I will be taking my business elsewhere. More

I dropped my car off on Friday 5/28 on 5/29 i received a phone call from the sales manager stating my rims and tired had been stolen, he stated the dealership would replace them. On 6/1 at 430pm I called th phone call from the sales manager stating my rims and tired had been stolen, he stated the dealership would replace them. On 6/1 at 430pm I called the dealership again as I had not hear from them. I again spoke with the sales manager (Eric), he told me the manager in the service department was Bill and I needed to speak with him regarding my wheels. On 6/2 around 840 am Bill the service department manager called me, during the call he stated Jaguar land rover dealership were not going to be responsible for replacing my rims or wheels, even though I was previously told by the other manger Eric. Bill was very rude and loud as he was speaking with me. He them told me I needed to contact my insurance to file a claim as they were not taking responsibility for something that happened in their premises. I feel as if i was targeted my car was not under video surveillance, I also did not appreciate the way that the manager (Bill) was rude to me. More
