I would have to say that I had a very bad experience with this dealership due to the fact they sold me not just 1 vehicle but 2 vehicle that was supposed to have already went through the inspection process b this dealership due to the fact they sold me not just 1 vehicle but 2 vehicle that was supposed to have already went through the inspection process but when we drove them that we told them there was something wrong with both of them they insisted that they were fine. I was told the jerking of my car was due to a transmission getting used to my driving when it was the clutch completely gone in it. Then Mike sale rep he told me when I mentioned if I bought 2 cars will I gett 100 dollars for the referral thing he said yes he would work it with me and then when I signed all paperwork for my 2nd car he tells me o no we can't do that sorry. Then he tells me that he would get me a gift card for a nice restaurant for dinner since I just purchased 2 cars. Well it's been a month now never seen nothing. It took 3 weeks to finally get the clutch fixed in the car because everyone wanted to tell me it was the way we were driving it. Um no something is wrong. Now just waiting on getting my other vehicle fixed. If I had a choice I probably would of went somewhere else. I don't like being lied to because somone was just trying to get his quote on getting his cars sold for the month that's not the way to sell them is to sell someone an broken car. Thats all he talked about was his quote and how many cars he sold I should of known when he was bragging about that not to purchase nothing from him but I did. I just don't understand a dealership that large try to sale junk to people or cars that need fixed u got a shop fix them or just tell the truth. Why u got to lie to me. I spent over 22,000 on cars and u want to try to rip a poor women off. Seriously why???? More
