Eric went out of his way to clarify things with me and his manager. I do not recall the manager’s name, but he stepped right up to the plate to make things right. Cut right to the chase so I could make an informed decision. I very much appreciated the no bull approach. Furthermore, Eric went the extra mile and waited with me for the finance office to ensure no misunderstandings or surprises. As someone who hates buying cars, I can say from this experience that these are stand up guys. More
