Buying experience Blake was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The manager checking in on us on multiple stages of the buying process and w Blake was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The manager checking in on us on multiple stages of the buying process and wanted to make sure we were taken care of. My only drawback was the time it took to get through all the paperwork and get the vehicle detailed. I blame this more on the buying process and less on the team. More

Buying A Used Car I have bought many Used Cars at many different dealerships, but I have to say that Honda of Murfreesboro was the most clear in regards to the process I have bought many Used Cars at many different dealerships, but I have to say that Honda of Murfreesboro was the most clear in regards to the process of financing and what was in my budget. Blake was very honest when he was talking about how we were stretching our budget a little, but the dealerships used great banks and were honest about how much we were spending. The paperwork process was easy and straight forward, and they were very helping in telling us to reach out to them if we needed any help. The car was missing a key, which we had experience before with used cars. Most of the time, the dealerships did not do anything about it and we were stuck with one key, but Blake was able to find it for us, which was a pleasant surprise! More

We were shown a wide selection of cars to choose from, including cheap ones that probably would’ve resulted in a poor commission for our salesman. Really, there was nothing worth complaining about. The friendliness of some of the employees felt a little artificial, but what can you expect? Every car dealship would force their employees to be completely sugar coated for thier potential customers. More
