I would tell anyone to buy a car from Shottenkirk. I've never dealt with a dealer that takes care of you even after the transaction is done. Please read my rating of the service provided. The staff was friendly, but it took 3 hours to do a 1.5 hour job. I had to ask what the holdup was. Not pleased with the lack of communication. My late husband & I have purchased at least 4 vehicles from this dealership. I was told with my last purchase I would ALWAYS have a loaner car by Bob. Not honored any longer. BIG disappointment.
