I appreciated Bob's no pressure sales approach. He also made it very easy to test drive the vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle. I ALWAYS take a used vehicle to an independent shop for a pre-purcha He also made it very easy to test drive the vehicle. I purchased a used vehicle. I ALWAYS take a used vehicle to an independent shop for a pre-purchase inspection. I was pleased that Bob made that easy and did not object. The indepedent inspection revealed one important component that needed to be fixed. Again, no push back, just fast assessment and fix to the problem. I would highly recommend this dealership. Dave in finance had all the paper work ready to go. Throrough but effecient process. More

After my purchase of Bolt EV I had, and still have issues with the Chevy App. and all of the OnStar Apps. I went through every step twice and three times none of the apps will work, I asked that they do a with the Chevy App. and all of the OnStar Apps. I went through every step twice and three times none of the apps will work, I asked that they do a reboot of the system or do a software uptate, all they would say was they were 2 week out. I still do not have an appointment with a service Department Technician, When I bought the car I was told that I could come in any time and they would walk me through or help with anything. Not true More
