We bought a used car that we thought Pine Belt had owned and had the title for. Here we are almost 4 months later and we can't drive the car. It has to sit in our driveway because Pine Belt hasn't given us and had the title for. Here we are almost 4 months later and we can't drive the car. It has to sit in our driveway because Pine Belt hasn't given us the title yet. We paid for taxes and tags yet we still have no valid registration, no license plates, and no title but we still have to pay for the insurance even though it sits in our driveway, unable to be driven. Pine Belt management (Sickel) and the salesman (Penny) both lied as to the sequence of events. I had to call the bank that owns the car myself in order to find this out. Since confronted, no one at Pine Belt has contacted us to offer an apology or a solution for the money we are out because of their mistake. If they had just been upfront from the beginning, we would have respected that. But we can't respect lies and half truths as a way to cover up for incompetence. Buyer beware and always follow up when dealing with them. After buying 2 Corvettes, 2 Conversion Vans, 2 Chevy High Country Traverses and this Challenger, Pine Belt, as a corporation, has lost a very loyal family as customers. More

Worst Car purchase experience ever!!!!!!!Bob Penny and Worst Car purchase experience ever!!!!!!! Bob Penny and the Pine Belt Dealership owner Robert Sickle have been non-truthful for months after we paid Worst Car purchase experience ever!!!!!!! Bob Penny and the Pine Belt Dealership owner Robert Sickle have been non-truthful for months after we paid in full for a used 2018 Dodge Challenger. We are nearly four months out and do not have the title for the vehicle, we have gotten multiple different excuses on why and in the end they just tell us we have to wait further. At this point the temp registration is long expired and now driving the car put us at risk of being ticketed. They have no sense of urgency or care that they sold a car without the dealership being in possession of the title or making any true attempt to clear up the issue. The shame of it is that our family has purchased cars in total of hundreds of thousands of dollars from this dealer and they just don't care about the customer. Super frustrated with the lack of customer care and liability risk put on the purchaser of a car from the dealership. Scary how deceitful this is More
