The experience from start to finish was stellar! They were attentive to my needs and questions, and they went out of their way to work with me to make leasing a Jeep happen! I am so satisfied with the deal they made with me--very, very fair! Bob went all out to secure the vehicle I wanted and was there to meet me when I came in from Chicago to sign the deal. He spent quality time with me from start to finish, and I am so appreciative. Keith in Finance was great...he made the process smooth and easy, and explained everything that I needed to know. I did not feel rushed in any way. Keith's expertise was evident. Sue gave me premier customer service and brand loyalty! Along with Bob she came outside to greet me when we got to Anderson! Sue's expertise came shining through! She took the time to go over everything that had to do with my new Jeep--she went above and beyond, and I know she is sincere when she said to call her with any questions, and to call her directly when I need to make a maintenance visit.
