"Sold me a lemon and won't return calls"
I purchased a 2016 Jeep Patriot in February of 18 with 13000 miles on it. I have had this vehicle in the shop more than it has been in my possession. In this short period of time, it has had the transmission replaced, computer to the transmission replaced and it current has a short in it in which I am told there are a bunch of aftermarket spliced wires and no other dealership will touch it. It has had over $15,000 worth of work on it. The vehicle acted as a rental for the dealership as I am told so whatever is going on with this car, they knew about it. The man that sold me the car is now fired and the woman that financed it is now fired. I have been trying to reach Danny Lebaschnig and he refuses to return my calls. No one will return my calls in fact, not even the owner Bob Kelly and the service department is refusing to not only work on my vehicle but refusing to put me in a rental and they are unable to say why. They only say that Danny did it. This is the worst place and after Denny LaBantschnig promised to trade in my vehicle with the original purchase price I paid for the vehicle, unfortunately I am unable to get ahold of him. I will be going to arbitration, a lawyer, and fox 2 news if I have to.

Competitive pricing, great salesman, and well-prepared finance manager. Overall, a great experience, but the sales manager (I forget his name) was obnoxious and less than customer-focused. I didn't let that break the deal, but it was close.
