We have now purchased our 2nd vehicle from Lenz truck. It was a overall great experiance. We live in Minneapolis, MN and drove 300 miles just to do business with Lenz truck. Unique experience. Bought a truck i didnt see or drive. Everyone I came in contact with at Lenz was very friendly and accomodating....they couldn't have made it easier to test drive a few vehicles. My Wife and I went to Lenz looking at 3 vehicles we found on the internet. Before we even looked at them Brad took us into his office to see which one would be best for us with our financial situation. Thi on the internet. Before we even looked at them Brad took us into his office to see which one would be best for us with our financial situation. This way we didn't fall in love with something we can't afford. We ended up test driving a vehicle that we hadn't even thought of looking at. It turned out to be the best vehicle for us. We were looking at SUVs that were way too big for our needs and way out of our price range. We ended up at the dealership for a total of 4 hours which was way less than any of our other purchases at other dealers. We got a great interest rate for our credit and the perfect payment. The only downfall was that dealing with Brad, he didn't seem to have enough time to answer specifics of the SUV we were looking at. He was just too busy to show us the features and answer questions. Being fairly mechanical I wasn't too bothered by this, it gave us time to figure things out on our own. Their internet site is also much better than most dealers. More
