It seemed like the typical bait and switch tactic. We live 3 hours away so travel to the Honda dealership was time consuming. We brought our trade in car and arranged for purchase of a new vehicle. We had all of the paperwork in order and we agreed on the purchase price and the amount of the trade in. They did not have a vehicle on the lot so we had to wait two months until the vehicle was assembled and delivered to the dealership. We travel to the dealership and then the oh by the way started. Your car has depreciated by $2000 in two months blah blah blah. You will now need to come up with another $2000 to purchase this new car. There was no mention of that when we talked to them before we drove all the way to the dealership. They had my wife in tears before they were done with her. My feeling is that when you make a deal then you keep the deal and don't welch on it. It took 2 hours to get out of the dealership. It really left a sour taste in my mouth. More
