Very nice Im not a negotiator. I hate dealerships but Gjovik made the process simple and I feel like the deal they gave me for my car was fair considering that Im not a negotiator. Excellent, Family Oriented Dealership Gjovik Chevy was a great car buying experience! Went in looking at a used 2017 Malibu with everything we were looking for. Brandi confirmed all the de Gjovik Chevy was a great car buying experience! Went in looking at a used 2017 Malibu with everything we were looking for. Brandi confirmed all the details of the model we were looking at and made sure it was available that night (7pm on a Friday). Upon arrival we were greeted by Mario Hernandez. Mario was very friendly, personable and a great person to work with. Mario took the time to listen to our needs and budget and work with us to find a price we could all agree upon. Steve Squillo was able to get us credit approved and out the door that night with the car. We came back the following day with some follow up questions, and to drop off our down payment. Steve answered all our questions and made us feel at ease with our purchase. There was small cosmetic issue with the car a few days later (nothing major) and Joe Albright got us in and out within an hour and even gave us a free tank of gas for our troubles. While at the dealership we were offered: water, soup/grilled cheese (from the employee potluck) popcorn and coffee. All employees demonstrated care and concern, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work at Gjovik Chevy. Would highly recommend, and will most likely be back for our next auto purchase. Thank you to all at Gjovik for making us feel like part of the family! More

Dealership good, sales person mediocre, at best. I worked the potential deal out ahead of time before going to the dealership. The used (maybe go with pre-owned?) sales director, Joe, was great. The finance manager was awesome as well, respecting my request for no add-ons, etc. My only gripe is with the lady that showed me the car. Sorry, I can't remember her name, but I feel like she had never even read about a Volt before. She told me the electric range was 100+ miles and that the gas tank held 12 gallons. Both wildly off. Maybe she's new? But regardless, you can't be this wrong about major functions of a vehicle. Overall, I would reccomend the dealership because they respect your wishes and your time. They just really need to train their sales people better. Honestly not an uncommon issue that I've run into. More

Brandi stiles has been great with responding to any question and even sent me additional requested pictures of the vehicle minutes after they were requested! Some search for the best price when shopping for a vehicle but I personally drive the distance for not only their low prices but the Customer Service is top par. Highly recommended! More
