Horrible. Two hours for a tire rotation with an appointment. All they could/would say was "how sorry they were" and apologize. Not acceptable. There IS a problem. The real kicker was "PATIENCE appointment. All they could/would say was "how sorry they were" and apologize. Not acceptable. There IS a problem. The real kicker was "PATIENCE IS GOLDEN" to which I replied at my age I have very little when you are screwing up and I am paying for it. Had a headlight changed, but had to go back to the dealership because it was totally pointing the wrong direction. Then after having it adjusted, I received a call saying that tech had left his phone dealership because it was totally pointing the wrong direction. I arrived at Molle about 25 minutes prior to my appointment. The friendly / efficient staff person took my information. Within five minutes I was able to get a ride back to my home via the Molle appointment. The friendly / efficient staff person took my information.
