I went in originally for an oil change on my Avalon, and received great service from Marcos. I decided to talk to Alex M about trading my Avalon in for a used Sienna. Alexa M was very pleasant and helpful a received great service from Marcos. I decided to talk to Alex M about trading my Avalon in for a used Sienna. Alexa M was very pleasant and helpful and the Sienna was a great choice for me as it is more roomy and comfortable than the Avalon. Alex M was very smooth and thoughtful and expedited the process quickly. When I met with the business manager, Darmy G, I knew that I had made the best decision. Darmy explained everything thoroughly and clearly and there were no hidden issues. I was very pleased with the whole experience. More
