This dealership sold me a 2021 VW ID4 and did not inform me the vehicle had a Branded Title which is Law. The other Dean Dealership in Baldwin ended up buying it back from me which they did not have to do me the vehicle had a Branded Title which is Law. The other Dean Dealership in Baldwin ended up buying it back from me which they did not have to do, when a dealership in Illinois totally would not touch a vehicle with a branded title. It is also apparent they rolled back the title on the car. We new the vehicle had been bought back by VW, but were never told about the branded title or what that meant. No one would buy a vehicle knowingly with a branded title and pay over Sticker for the car knowing this fact. This was extremely dishonest, and I am consulting a lawyer about next steps. If your are considering buying a vehicle here, I would definitely reconsider. More

She didn’t return any communication, tried very hard to buy from her but can only do so much when someone flat out ignores you. Not only did I find a better vehicle, I also found a better rate. If you have good credit and can put money down, go elsewhere. Another idea, don’t be on speakerphone when you trash the car being traded in. More

Brandy gave me the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I was driving a small pickup truck and needed something that was more child seat-friendly. At every phase of my experience, Brandy took the time to educate me on options I hadn't considered (like leasing) and was friendly and professional the entire time. We interacted a lot via text, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time sitting at the dealership. Brandy and the rest of the Dean Team gave me a fantastic experience. They'll be my first stop when I need another vehicle. More

Brandy Peters is a very rude and disrespectful unprofessional woman. I’m quite surprised she still works at this dealership. She should definitely work in a cubicle and not is car sales. Let me preface this by saying that I have been in sales for over 15 years and I have never experienced what I experienced at this dealership and with the salesperson, Brandi. I have never in my life met a for over 15 years and I have never experienced what I experienced at this dealership and with the salesperson, Brandi. I have never in my life met a more unprofessional person as her. I was aware that her dealer rating was the lowest at the dealership but I was stuck with her because she answered the phone when I inquired about the vehicle. I certainly understand why her rating was/is so low. sje haz zero personality and from the get go of conversation basically told me that you have no chance at getting this car unless you accept the price as is and take below market for your trade. We made our offer which wasn’t even a grand less than asking. And told her what we wanted for our trade. She left and came back 2 minutes later and said “we are just too far apart, thanks for coming in and have a good day.” Uh ok. Didn’t want to negotiate at all. If you call this place and Brandi answers, hang up and call back or ask to speak to someone else. She is literally that bad of a salesperson. More
