Brett did an excellent job on managing this major repair. Eli the service manager also took time to drive the vehicle with me and helped me understand a braking issue on my Outback. Brendan and Eli both listened to my frustrations with Subaru's factory extended warranty folks delay in approving the transmission repair and the extended rental car coverage. Everyone from parts, rental, service and management went above and beyond on this major repair order. Five stars plus. More
