I have purchased cars the last 45 plus years with a lot of dealerships in the greater Birmingham area. This time I went to Huntsville because they listen to what I wanted and made it happen. From M. Williams, which is a great Ambassador for the dealer. She made several phone calls and e-mails to confirm details and questions I had - to John Wickard, Salesman who was a pro at his job - to Brent Drake, a true and honest speaking Finance Specialist. Even worked with Bernie Waite, Manager to order some accessories for my new Frontier SV V6 Truck. Looking forward to returning there for installation of same very soon. That's a change - looking forward to going back to a dealer. WOW! More

Sam even took the tag off the old car and had the service guys clean it as well.Sam called us the next day to see how we were enjoying our cars.Wow, who does that? Sam was our angel from above.In all the years of buying cars, we never had this kind of experience. My husband and I felt appreciated, and like family.We dreaded going to the dealership to buy a car because of our previous experiences. My husband and I went to buy one used car and ended up buying a new car as well because of the great experience and deals. The staff members were very warm and welcoming. We loved working with Brent (the finance guy) and Clay(management) they help move the mountain...OMG!They were awesome. We never thought that we would be able to say these words about a dealership but this experience was like a breath of fresh air.TOTALLY AWESOME!!!! We just want to say thank you so much. More

Third Time IS a Charm!!! My family is growing --rapidly -- 6 kiddos that need plenty of space. We were outgrowing our Suburban and Minivan and faced with taking 2 vehicles eve My family is growing --rapidly -- 6 kiddos that need plenty of space. We were outgrowing our Suburban and Minivan and faced with taking 2 vehicles everywhere we needed to go as a family of 8, then we saw this lovely tank-looking van traveling down the street and thought "What's That?!" A little research and we realized the Nissan NV 3500 (NV Passenger) was just what we needed. Then the horror began - dealership 1 sold the van from underneath us just as we settled on a price - and informed us via text message... dealership 2 was rude, crude and socially unacceptable (to put it nicely) - to the point of yelling. Disheartened by dealership 1 & 2 we reluctantly tried a 3rd time and it was a CHARM! Steve Winter and Brent Drake were the absolute B-E-S-T. We have purchased new vehicles before and always felt like we got the raw end of the deal when leaving. Not this time. There was no pressure. We were in and out in less than 2 hours on a Friday evening no less! Mr. Winter was more than courteous, explained all options to us and helped us to settle on a price and financing before we ever made the 2 hour drive to the dealership. And he fully honored his word when we arrived. Mr. Drake did not pressure us to add anything on during the finance closing process and even informed us on how long we had to add-on various options if we changed our minds. We left with a new van and smiles. We literally would drive those 2 hours again to have our van serviced or purchase another vehicle from them. Really - who thinks of car buying as a pleasant experience? Obviously, Landers Nissan does. And we are grateful for it. More

Great customer service I needed to add a car to our family and found just the place to do it! Looked at another dealership before going to Nissan. Not sure why I even did that but after seeing the new 2015 Nissan Murano and driving it, I was hooked! My Sales Consultant, Lisa Spratt was awesome! From the very start she pretty much nailed down exactly what I was looking for and her expertize didn't stop there. While on the test drive, she explained, in detail, every bell and whistle there was! In the end, while the cleaning crew had gone to lunch, she took my new SUV back and took all the stickers off herself, and took care of the other little issues I had before signing the final document. Thank you, Lisa! You did a superb job!!!! LOVE my new Murano!!!! More

Our First New Van a Great Experience.. My wife and I have been married for 33yrs and have always bought used vehicles.. When we arrived at the Dealership we were met by Ms Lisa Spratt (very My wife and I have been married for 33yrs and have always bought used vehicles.. When we arrived at the Dealership we were met by Ms Lisa Spratt (very nice of her) who introduced us to Mr Steve Winter...We didn't look to buy but Mr Winter an asset to the sales profession, no pressure, just listen to our needs and named us a price we could not turn down, and that says a lot.. We have a Handicap Child and with all Her needs and equipment this Nissan NV 3500 passenger Van is going to help us tremendously,, with a few different seat configurations and removing the ones not needed and a few adaptations to carry and load Her wheel Chair ,,this will be a purchase we will never forget .. If your in the Market for a Nissan NV we recommend Mr Steve.. The finance dept was also very professional,, Mr Brent Drake made everything so easy,, We've all heard about nightmares with Dealerships and Sales personal,, You will not find it here.. We highly recommend.. More
