I had a very favorable experience with the dealership. I worked with Brent and he was excellent! He gave me the information I needed on the truck they had and also provided information on the truck I was co worked with Brent and he was excellent! He gave me the information I needed on the truck they had and also provided information on the truck I was comparing it with. I felt comfortable enough to get a loan without seeing the truck in person so I came with a check. He had done the preparations and I was in and out with the keys in a half hour. Great job! My experience wasn't the best my car wasn't even at the dealership and it needed serving had a check engine light which they took it to Mazda which was a sensor going bad wich i took it to Mazda city they dealership and it needed serving had a check engine light which they took it to Mazda which was a sensor going bad wich i took it to Mazda city they told mevthe problem wasn't serious but takes about 2hours to fix also the car mates was missing andvthey didn't tint the windows like was discussed. I was originally at the Ford Dealership to have repairs done to my 2019 F-150 and was just looking around when a salesman approached me and decided to demo a 2021 F-150. Brent ( salesman) was extremely kno done to my 2019 F-150 and was just looking around when a salesman approached me and decided to demo a 2021 F-150. Brent ( salesman) was extremely knowledgeable in the newer Fords and was completely blown away with all the new bells and whistles the new trucks have. Overall an A+ More
