I am newly married, sharing a home with my husband, Alex, our adopted dog, Sally and our cat, Jasmine; I have been a Ridgefield, CT. resident for the majority of my life. I was a nanny for 16 years before starting in the car business and pride myself at being different than your "typical Salesperson". I have been a loyal Mazda customer for a number of years and have purchased all of my Mazda's from Colonial. I've been telling all of my friends and family to buy from Colonial, so I couldn't think of a better place to start a new career! I've trusted and believed in the brand but most of all, I've trusted the dealership myself. I'm honest with a sense of humor and I want the best for my customers. After my daughter had an accident (not her fault)which resulted in her CX-30 being a total loss, Brette and Colonial Mazda stepped up to get her into a new Mazda 3 hatchback with maximum efficiency. This was my first purchase from this dealership. The interior was massive and kept immaculate. The staff were all very friendly. I've never bought a vehicle from out of state, or during a global pand interior was massive and kept immaculate. The staff were all very friendly. I've never bought a vehicle from out of state, or during a global pandemic before. Brette was able clearly present all my options and guild me through the process of purchasing my vehicle. The price was high, but that being said I was buying a highly demanded car during peak season and during a massive shortage. The price overall I felt was fair. I would recommend anyone looking for a mazda to go seek out Brette. More

They were encouraging, patient, and kind, and went above and beyond to give me transparent pricing, a good deal on my new vehicle, and a comfortable experience negotiating my first trade-in and purchase of my CPO CX-3. I feel confident I'll be driving my new Mazda for many years, will be referring everyone I know, and will certainly be back when the time comes to buy my next Mazda from Brette and the Colonial Mazda team! Brett was great to work with from the minute we walked through the door. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She did a wonderful job all the way around.
