Absolutely the best car buying experience I have had. I had submitted an online request on Sunday which was acknowledged quickly. What a great experience purchasing a new GLE350 and trading in our old vehicle. We worked with Bria Harrison and she was fantastic from our first visit to discuss purchase and delivery time through ve trading in our old vehicle. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that wants to buy a new vehicle. The process was so easy and we did all of the communications via email and text. The only negative thing is that some of the desired options were not available due to supply chain issues but that's certainly not Bria's or the dealership's fault. The one thing that I would change when we came in to pick up the vehicle would be for someone to show us the vehicle's features while Bria's was busy taking care of all of the paperwork involved with the trade-in and financing instead of having us sit at her desk. That would have been a better use of our time. More
