Brian “Bad Service” Kim would not open door for my wife on a cold day for the test drive, he was in the vehicle first. Bad customer service. He was on his phone during the test drive, then he actually too on a cold day for the test drive, he was in the vehicle first. Bad customer service. The dealership itself was phenomenal the trade value for the 19 Lexus was great, they didn’t have a car available, like other car manufactures right now which is understandable but I don’t understand why certified sales rep at a quality Lexus dealership would have a clown like that representing them.
