Adam was courteous and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We took delivery today had a pleasant experience. Over all we are really happy to have purchased from Boucher Lincoln. Needed a new car battery. Service quoted the cost of replacement. I decided to get it replaced. The tech came to my house to replace it. That was really convenient. When it ca Service quoted the cost of replacement. I decided to get it replaced. The tech came to my house to replace it. That was really convenient. When it came time to pay, they wanted to charge me more than I was quoted. Service manager said I was quoted the wrong battery. They should have noticed that before installation. And advised me of the difference. After much discussion, they ultimately let me have the battery they installed for the quoted price. More

When I signed papers I was told by the salesman that he called my insurance company and had the vehicle added onto my policy. 2.5 months after the purchase I called my insurance provider and make policy up called my insurance company and had the vehicle added onto my policy. 2.5 months after the purchase I called my insurance provider and make policy updates, but they said they never had received a call from the dealership. I was driving with no insurance on a brand new vehicle for that time. The paperwork initially was incorrect, wasn’t processed in a timely manner, which resulted in late payment charges from the credit union as well as a ding on my credit report. I had to spend hours on the phone getting this corrected. I had an instance with the screen in the vehicle glitching and scuffs on the exterior we’re noted. I contacted the dealer minutes after it happened, but it took over a month to get in contact with them again. I called and left a voicemail and sent an email, both of which went unanswered for over a month. I was initially very excited to purchase my first brand new vehicle and was happy with the what seemed to be excellent service, but over the past few months and repeated let downs I am not too positive I would be a return customer. More
