Let me first say how much I hate the car buying process in general and being a woman has always made it that much more stressful. I dislike it so much that I drove my Yukon for over 13 years and 229,000 mi in general and being a woman has always made it that much more stressful. I dislike it so much that I drove my Yukon for over 13 years and 229,000 miles mostly to avoid the car buying process and car salesmen LOL. This changed when I went to Bozard when I was needing to trade. Brian made the experience so easy and never made me feel like I was being talked down to or manipulated. He was the consummate professional and so friendly. Everyone I worked with at Bozard during my buying process was fantastic.
